  • JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant – Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage
  • SALARY: £42,275
  • LOCATION(S): London, Manchester or Birmingham
  • HOURS: Full-time – Permanent and 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistants to provide dedicated support to Managing Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast-paced, senior leadership team. You’ll play a critical part in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best: maximising their time, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion and delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with senior leaders operating at the forefront of UK corporate and institutional banking; Build exposure to high-profile clients, transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Become a trusted partner to leadership - bringing structure, foresight and calm to complex schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support & Coordination: Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, arrange travel. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships internally and externally. Business Support:
  • Plan events, onboard new joiners.
  • Operational Support: Manage expenses, POs, Workday processes.
  • Ad hoc: Anticipate needs and improve efficiency.

What you’ll need

Skills and experience

  • 1 years previous PA experience in corporate environment. 
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
