Team/Function Overview
The successful candidate will be placed within the e-RADAR Change team, responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of change processes centered on Citi’s reporting suite. This includes reviewing the requirements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with particular focus on policy and standards as they apply to the Change Controls. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, raising change requests, testing and implementation of technology changes.
What you’ll do
Coordinate activities of the project team alongside Change Lead and implement schedules to meet completion deadlines
Monitor and manage program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies whilst escalating to senior management as required
Oversee project plans and tracking of progress and changes alongside Change Lead
Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risk
Review project escalations and ensure appropriate management oversight of escalation
Provide governance, oversight and monitoring activities
Verify project team adherence to control implementations as well as standards and process changes
Facilitate and drive project meetings with both Operations and technology teams
Prepare, maintain and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and management reports
Apply a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant progress against project goals
Ownership of management reports on a given project.
Understanding of the functional aspects of projects, and documenting when required, based on Business Requirements, including engagement with technical leads on functional solutions
Assemble/manage detailed documentation, to be used to discuss technology implementation details with the Business users
Apply good understanding of concepts and procedures within own project leadership area to resolve issues
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Citi Operations teams
What we’ll need from you
Previous relevant experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
Proven ability to document requirements at Business and Functional level
Extensive project management experience, to include co-ordination across remote global teams
Highly proficient of MS Office applications, MS Project, Jira and confluence preferable or other similar project tools
Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively
Self-starting team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to analyze a process and recommend ways to improve quality, controls, and efficiency
Strong communication skills and time management, ability to navigate a complex environment, work with a large group of stakeholders and participate in decision making
