By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.
Team/Role Overview
Citi's Fund Services business is in the midst of a generational transformation — moving from fragmented, manual operating models to an AI-native platform that will define how fund services are delivered globally. We are building the next generation of capabilities powered by Artificial Intelligence, and we need an exceptional product leader to help us get there faster.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of that transformation — working across the Fund Services Transformation team to bring AI capabilities from concept to production, at pace, in one of the most complex and consequential domains in financial services.
We are looking for a hands-on, technically fluent Product Manager who can move with equal confidence between a business stakeholder describing an operational problem and an engineering team designing the solution. This is not a traditional product management role — it sits at the intersection of product, technology, and operational transformation, working in small, agile teams to take AI use cases from rapid prototype to industrial-grade production capability.
You will not only define the "what" — you will drive and engage in the "how." You will partner with the Transformation team and our broader AI program to deliver capabilities that directly improve how Citi services its clients across the full Fund Services lifecycle — and build a platform that others cannot easily replicate.
What you’ll do
Fund Services is building next-generation AI capabilities that fundamentally change how our operations teams work and how our clients experience our service — across the full lifecycle from client onboarding and fund setup through ETF servicing, fund accounting, middle office, transfer agency, corporate actions, trustee and fiduciary services, and client reporting. This is not incremental automation of today's manual processes — it is a step-change in what is possible.

Citi works tirelessly to provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products. We strive to create the best outcomes for our clients and customers with financial ingenuity that leads to solutions that are simple, creative and responsible.
"We consistently assess Citi’s role in response to three questions: What are we doing to help create inclusive and resilient communities? How can we use our voice to help drive dialogue toward solutions? Is Citi walking the talk — are we doing the right things within our own firm? The short answer to all three of these questions continues to be the same: that we can and should do more."
