Skills and Competencies 

  • Proven experience leading and managing administrative or operational support teams within a complex, senior stakeholder environment

  • Strong people leadership capabilities, including performance management, coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners 

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement 

  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery while managing multiple competing demands 

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information 

  • Interest in technology, process optimization, automation, and modern administrative practices 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use 

 

Education 

  • Appropriate qualifications such as college education, university degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role

 

Responsibilities 

Lead and oversee the London administrative function to ensure high-quality support, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the office.  

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the UK administrative management team, supporting Senior Administrative Coordinators in delivering consistent and effective administrative services 

  • Ensure high-quality support for senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, confidential information handling, and project support 

  • Manage administrative capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce requirements aligned to business needs 

  • Lead performance management, development, coaching, engagement activities, and training completion across the UK administrative population 

  • Partner with the UK Country Manager and key stakeholders to support office management priorities, employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and organizational culture 

  • Build strong relationships with partners across People, Legal, Facilities, Technology, Procurement, Risk and Compliance, Business Planning, and senior business leaders 

  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology adoption, automation initiatives, and effective implementation of regional and global programs 

  • Oversee business events, leadership meetings, office logistics, facilities planning, and continuity of administrative support while identifying and mitigating operational risks
