About this opportunity

Join Lloyds Banking Group and help build how one of the UK’s largest organisations adopts artificial intelligence and prepares for the future of work. You’ll help colleagues understand and inspire change, grow our AI Trailblazers network and connect the Group with external experts and organisations.

You’ll also support compelling internal and external storytelling about artificial intelligence, workforce transformation and responsible adoption.

This is an opportunity to help position Lloyds Banking Group as a recognised leader in reinventing work responsibly and at scale.

What will you be doing?

  • Champion the colleague voice, ensuring colleague perspectives and experiences build how we introduce and scale AI across the Group.
  • Build and deliver approaches that help bring colleagues with us as work, roles and ways of working evolve in an AI-enabled organisation.
  • Support the AI Trailblazers network, identifying high-potential advocates and enabling them to act as multipliers, accelerating adoption and sharing guideline across the Group.
  • Bring an outside-in perspective to Lloyds Banking Group by engaging with national champions, industry networks, academics and other organisations leading the way in AI adoption.
  • Convert external insights into actionable recommendations and steps.
  • Partner with Group Corporate Affairs and senior collaborators to support external media enquiries, investor questions and requests relating to AI, workforce transformation and the future of work. This includes coordinating our External AI forum.
  • Support the development and delivery of white papers, future of work publications, case studies, campaigns and the Future of Work mini-series.
  • Help position Lloyds Banking Group as a recognised leader in how organisations implement AI and transform work responsibly at scale.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex technology, artificial intelligence or workforce topics clearly to different audiences.
  • The ability to build emerging priorities, make good judgements, and move work forward in an ambiguous or evolving environment.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience working with external partners, industry bodies, academics or professional networks.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence adoption, the future of work or technology-related changes to roles, work and organisations.
  • Experience developing thought-leadership content, publications, case studies, campaigns, or materials intended for outside audiences.
