About this opportunity

As the banking group continues to build and deploy digital-assets capabilities, strong execution is critical to ensure products reach customers safely, clearly and effectively. This role supports the wider Digital Assets team by enabling customer‑facing propositions to be delivered end‑to‑end!

Purpose of the Role

The role of Proposition Manager for Digital Assets supports the implementation of digital-asset strategy across the Group. The role works closely with sales, relationship and customer‑facing teams, ensuring propositions are supported by effective product governance, risk management, marketing, documentation and operational readiness.

This is a highly collaborative role dedicated to turning strategy into reality for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of customer‑facing digital‑asset propositions across Lloyds Banking Group.

  • Work with sales and relationship teams to enable confident customer conversations.

  • Coordinate input across product risk, legal, compliance, marketing and operations.

  • Support development of customer documentation, terms and conditions and proposition materials.

  • Help identify and resolve execution challenges to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital‑asset products and processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting product or proposition delivery in a regulated environment.

  • Understanding of digital assets or strong interest with the ability to learn quickly.

  • Experience working with sales or customer‑facing teams.

  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal management skills.

  • Comfortable operating across multiple teams and priorities.
