Are you looking for a career move that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution? Then bring your skills in analysis, problem solving and communication to Citi’s Services team.
By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.
Team/Role Overview:
Services provides global solutions that help corporations, financial institutions, public sector, and commercial clients optimize operations and drive their business forward. Through our five business lines – Liquidity Management Services, Payments, Trade & Working Capital Solutions, Investor Services, and Issuer Services - we provide cash management, payments/receivables solutions, working capital solutions, post-trade securities services, and issuer services across Citi’s global network.
The UK Asset Managers Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, revenue growth, client engagement, and market positioning for the Asset Managers segment across the United Kingdom. This individual will be directly accountable for delivering commercial outcomes for the UK market that are fully aligned with, and contribute to, the global segment strategy.
The role will own senior relationships, including C-suite, with the UK's largest and most strategically important asset management clients, acting as a trusted local partner while representing the full breadth of Citi's global Investor Services capabilities. This individual will translate the global go-to-market strategy into a targeted UK plan, identify local growth opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of complex, often multi-jurisdictional, deals originating from or touching the UK market.
The role requires strong UK market insight, including knowledge of the domestic regulatory landscape (e.g. FCA, PRA), exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to influence senior client and internal executive audiences.
The role works in close partnership with Issuer Services, Banking and Markets colleagues to drive One Citi / pan-Services client solutions within the UK, while remaining closely aligned to the Global Head of Asset Managers and the broader global segment leadership team on strategy, pipeline and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and credible UK market leader with a strong track record of sales success and experience running a disciplined, high-quality sales process. This individual will have direct experience winning new mandates with UK asset managers and owning senior client relationships. This is a high-impact, visible role that will shape the trajectory of Citi's Asset and Wealth Manager segment in the UK, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on operational execution.
This role reports to the UK FI Sales Head and will have a matrix reporting line to the Global Asset Managers Head.

Citi works tirelessly to provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products. We strive to create the best outcomes for our clients and customers with financial ingenuity that leads to solutions that are simple, creative and responsible.
"We consistently assess Citi’s role in response to three questions: What are we doing to help create inclusive and resilient communities? How can we use our voice to help drive dialogue toward solutions? Is Citi walking the talk — are we doing the right things within our own firm? The short answer to all three of these questions continues to be the same: that we can and should do more."
