  • Contribute to the creation of the global product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment and cross‑functional input.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the global indexing landscape to inform prioritisation, competitive positioning, and forward strategy.

Growth Opportunity Evaluation & Execution

  • Partner with Product Owners, Regional Heads, and Global Product Leaders to scope, validate, and implement new commercial opportunities that accelerate the growth agenda.
  • Translate strategic ideas into actionable delivery plans with clear metrics, milestones, and economic impact assessments.

Operational Execution & Delivery Oversight

  • Embed within Scrum teams to support delivery (stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, backlog refinement), ensuring teams have clarity on Sprint goals and remain aligned to broader roadmap objectives.
  • Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints; shape rollout and deployment strategies across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, driving root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Governance, Reporting & Performance Management

  • Build and maintain a streamlined reporting framework to support multiple governance forums (Scrum rituals, Steering Committees, Investment Committees, Board reporting).
  • Leverage automation and data visualisation to enhance transparency of progress, risk, and impact.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in programme management within Trading, Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Index products.
  • Hands-on experience in driving large enterprise-wide transformation programmes
  • Demonstrated strength in financial planning, resource allocation, cost governance, and risk management.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence decision‑making across matrixed organisations.
  • Superior organisational skills with strong problem‑solving and analytical capability.
  • Proficiency working with financial data, Jira, Excel, and expert‑level PowerPoint skills.
  • Delivery‑focused self‑starter able to handle multiple initiatives across diverse workstreams simultaneously.
