Job Description

JOB TITLE: Change Transformation Manager - Product Control – 6 month FTC

LOCATION: Edinburgh Princes Exchange

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this opportunity

This unique 6‑month Fixed Term Contract sits within Central Finance at Lloyds Banking Group, as part of the CF Transactions, GCT and Investments team — a trusted, value‑adding partner to the business. You’ll be driving process improvement initiatives through collaboration with Finance SMEs across the divisions, partnering with Finance colleagues to simplify processes end to end, drive automation and AI and deliver smarter ways of working.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand, uncover and deliver Process Improvement initiatives.

  • Accountable for the approach and act as a single point of contact throughout delivery of change transformation.

  • Lead teams to understand and document processes, customer views, identification and validation of problems and 'waste', agreeing the most appropriate opportunities for improvement.

  • Build the enablement of Power Apps and AI solutions e.g. Power BI, AI Agents etc.

  • Collaborate to identify solutions and agree the best way forward with SMEs.

  • Track delivery of improvement projects, and manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies.

  • Ensure the relevant teams are engaged in Process Improvement, with active participation, PI infrastructure, communications, recognition, and developing skill sets.

  • Share knowledge of Process Improvement across Finance; building skills in others.

What we’re looking for:

• 3 years or more experience in identifying and delivering process improvements or change transformation through change management approaches e.g. Agile methodology.  

• 12 months or more experience developing Power Apps or AI Solutions e.g. Power Automate, Agents.

• Experience working in Product Control and/or Finance. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

And any of these would be great:

• Experience driving cultural change and/or capability uplift.
