About this opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially focused Product Manager to join our Product Development and Partnerships team, helping to shape the future of credit cards through innovative propositions and strategic co-branded partnerships. This is a team at the forefront of building and evolving market-leading credit card products, working with well-known brands and global networks like Visa and Mastercard, and taking ideas from concept through to launch and beyond.

In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of our partnership products, working closely with external partners and internal teams to deliver strong commercial performance while creating great customer outcomes. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day partner relationships, building trust and ensuring alignment on priorities, campaigns and long-term plans, while also supporting governance, reporting and ongoing collaboration.

You’ll keep a close eye on how your portfolio is performing, using data and insight to understand what’s driving acquisition, spend, engagement and profitability. As you spot opportunities to improve performance or enhance the customer experience, you’ll work with colleagues across Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics and Operations to turn ideas into action and deliver at pace.

Alongside this, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns and initiatives that help grow and evolve our partnerships, making sure everything lands as planned and delivers impact. You’ll also contribute to shaping and improving the proposition itself, from features and rewards through to customer journeys, activation and engagement.

Essential Skills

  • 4+ years experience within financial services, particularly in product, partnerships, or commercial roles

  • Strong commercial mindset with a good understanding of P&L drivers and performance metrics

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Confidence working with data to generate insights and inform decision making

  • Strong organisational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with co-brand or partnership-led propositions

  • Exposure to credit card products or consumer lending

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving marketing, analytics, and risk teams
