Collateral and Liquidity Management (CaLM) provides an efficient, cash collateral investment and liquidity management service, across all LCH clearing service lines!

Manage the delivery of strategic initiatives across the Collateral and Liquidity Management (CaLM) business, ensuring effective governance, planning, collaborator engagement, risk management, and execution. The role will support delivery across both LCH Ltd and LCH SA and drive a consistent and effective approach to project management throughout the project lifecycle!

The role will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives across the CaLM portfolio, including the delivery of digital asset capabilities and associated business use cases across LCH Ltd and LCH SA.

Global CaLM Business Line:

CaLM provides collateral and liquidity management services across LCH clearing services and is responsible for supporting the business's strategic, regulatory, resilience, and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the CaLM portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, achievements, dependencies, and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate business and technology workstreams to ensure successful execution.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

  • Track progress against agreed objectives and delivery achievements.

Governance and Change Control

  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with the LSEG Change Framework and governance requirements.

  • Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, decision logs, and action tracking.

  • Support business case development, funding approvals, and change control processes.

  • Prepare high-quality reporting and governance materials for senior customers.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, and Sales.

  • Manage engagement with external partners, vendors, regulators, and market participants where required.

  • Facilitate project working groups and customer forums.

  • Manage customer communication and support decision-making across delivery teams.

Planning, Risk and Dependency Management

  • Maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, and business outcomes.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams and team members.

  • Support delivery assurance and remediation activities where required.

Testing, Readiness and Implementation

  • Coordinate testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities.

  • Support business readiness and transition into business-as-usual processes.

  • Ensure successful delivery outcomes and benefits realisation.

  • Monitor post-implementation actions and ongoing delivery commitments.

Reporting and Communications

  • Provide regular status reporting across delivery, risks, financials, and dependencies.

  • Prepare updates for governance forums and senior management.

  • Coordinate customer communications throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and aligned with project objectives.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills

  • Proven project management experience delivering complex business and technology change initiatives within financial services.

  • Strong planning, governance, delivery, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience managing cross-functional programmes involving business, operations, technology, and control functions.

  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with senior management and governance forums.

  • Knowledge of collateral management, liquidity management, clearing, or post-trade services would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of digital assets, digital market infrastructure and emerging market developments would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities is desirable.
