Are you a senior product management professional ready to shape the future of Fund Services at one of the world's leading financial institutions? As a Middle Office Product Development Manager at Citi, you will own the planning, development, and execution of a high-impact Middle Office product roadmap — spanning operating model transformation, platform redesign, data capabilities, Agentic AI, and evolving client needs. This is a Vice President-level opportunity within Citi's Fund Services business, where your decisions will directly influence product strategy, client outcomes, and the direction of a globally significant business.
Lead strategic product development and transformation initiatives across the Funds Middle Office, ensuring each program aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes for clients and the business.
Manage the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs by coordinating across product, technology, and operations teams to achieve consistent and timely delivery of the Middle Office product roadmap.
Champion Agile ways of working across Middle Office Agile Release Trains, mentoring Product Owners, guiding adherence to Agile best practices, and contributing to Program Increment planning and reporting.
Translate high-level business strategy into actionable product development plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain delivery momentum and protect the integrity of committed outcomes.
Bridge business requirements, product vision, and technical implementation by developing scalable solutions — including the deployment of AI frameworks — to accelerate time to market and improve operational efficiency.
Apply in-depth knowledge of core Middle Office products — including Trade Matching, Settlement, IBOR, Performance, Client Reporting, and Post Trade Compliance — to guide product decisions and ensure effective integration across the operating model.
Build and advance data capabilities across the business, including data quality control frameworks and real-time client data offerings, while fostering a data-first culture within the team.
Engage senior internal stakeholders and external clients to gather feedback, communicate product progress, and align on future-state vision, ensuring Citi's Fund Services business remains a preferred partner in the market.
Significant experience in product management or business analysis, with direct exposure to Middle Office functions within a Funds Services environment.
Deep knowledge of core Middle Office services including Trade Matching, Settlement, and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) management and oversight.
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning automation projects, applied to process improvement or the development of new product features.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across complex, multi-functional programs while adapting to shifting requirements and tight timelines.
Strong ability to influence and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives forward without close direction.
A collaborative team player who builds productive working relationships across functions and seniority levels to achieve shared outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
Familiarity with Order Management Systems such as Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, or Simcorp.
Exposure to digital assets, distributed ledger technology-based trading strategies, or cryptocurrency fund administration.
Experience partnering with external vendors or technology alliances to co-develop products or manage strategic agreements.
Background in managing multi-function or globally distributed programs at scale.

Citi works tirelessly to provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products. We strive to create the best outcomes for our clients and customers with financial ingenuity that leads to solutions that are simple, creative and responsible.
"We consistently assess Citi’s role in response to three questions: What are we doing to help create inclusive and resilient communities? How can we use our voice to help drive dialogue toward solutions? Is Citi walking the talk — are we doing the right things within our own firm? The short answer to all three of these questions continues to be the same: that we can and should do more."
