We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, highly organised and proactive WIBF member to join the Future Leaders Shadow Board (“ FLSB ”). The FLSB acts as a strategic partner to the Management Board, ensuring WIBF’s strategy and initiatives remain relevant, forward-looking and aligned with the needs of early career members - our “future leaders”. The FLSB consists of members of the banking and finance community who are early on in their careers, typically within the first 10 years.   As part of your role as a member of the FLSB, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the FLSB Co-Chairs and Management Board, supporting the Co-Chairs to drive forward strategic objectives and to act as liaison between the FLSB.   Members of the FLSB are expected to hold the position for two years in the first instance, with the opportunity to be re-elected for a further one year term thereafter.
